"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I am always visiting new sites and keeping up with them is a sure challenge. It is especially true in regard to figuring out how to navigate them. Yeah...so da is probably not that hard to work through but I am finding some of it a tad difficult. I always forget that IE7 doesn't work so great with it. Or is it that da doesn't work with IE7?
I have 2 other browsers and switching back and forth is a pain. I'm still trying to figure out how I added my first two friends on this site :-[ lol
aren't we all! Ryss has a way of talking people into joining this place. Hell we're members at a board and she's talked almost every member into signing up!
